Siniscola overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the heart of eastern Sardinia. A stretch of coastline that has remained authentic: no big resorts, no crowds, nothing artificial. Just the sea, the scent of myrtle, and time that flows differently.
Our properties are located between La Caletta — the village with all the services — and Capo Comino, just a few minutes’ walk from picture-perfect beaches. Only 50 minutes from Olbia airport, easily reachable with a direct flight from many European capitals.

It depends on the property. Relax Home in La Caletta doesn’t require a car: the sea, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. For the properties in Capo Comino, a car is convenient for exploring nearby beaches and reaching Orosei or Nuoro.
About 50 minutes by car along the SS131dcn — the route is simple and well-signed. A rental car is the most convenient way; alternatively, there are private transfer services we can recommend upon request.
Yes, it’s one of the most suitable areas in Sardinia for families. The beaches have shallow waters and fine sand, the village of La Caletta is safe and quiet, and the Home Garden and Green House properties are designed specifically for families.
Much less than in other areas of Sardinia. Berchida and Bidderosa have limited access and can only be reached on foot or by car on dirt roads, which keeps them naturally uncrowded even in August.
June and September are the ideal months: the sea is warm, the beaches are quiet, and the temperatures are perfect. July and August are livelier, but the area still maintains a much more relaxed pace than other Sardinian destinations.
